Effective as of 1st May 2018, i-Image IT Ltd., (“i-Image”) and its subsidiaries, (collectively, the “i-Image Group” or “we” or “us” or “our”) have updated our Privacy Policy (“Policy”). For the purposes of this Policy, the term, “Websites”, shall refer collectively to www.iimageit.com as well as the other websites that the i-Image Group operates and that link to this Policy.

This Policy does not apply to the data received, processed or otherwise dealt with in accordance with our End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

3. What this policy does apply to

This Policy applies to the collection of and processing of data through our Websites as described by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which replaces the existing 1995 EU Data Protection Directive (European Directive 95/46/EC).

i-Image IT Ltd. will be complying with the GDPR as a processor and controller of data and have been planning and developing a programme of works which will deliver what is required by the legislation.

We obtain information about you when you use our Websites, applications or when you call us directly, for example, when you contact us about products or services, or if you register to receive one of our email newsletters.

7. Who has access to your information?

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf:

We may pass your information to a third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to send you mailings). However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have an agreement in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.

We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent. We will not contact you for marketing purposes by post if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted. You can change your marketing preferences at any time by contacting us.

The GDPR law gives you the right to access your personal information, to object to the use of your personal information for certain purposes, and the right to erase, restrict or receive a machine-readable copy of your personal information. We will handle your request in accordance with the law. This means there may be legal reasons why we cannot fulfil all requests.

9. Storing and Securing your personal information

As part of our services offered to you, we may transfer, store or process your personal information outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”). By way of example, this may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK. When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive information is encrypted and protected with the following software 128 Bit encryption on SSL. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on most web browsers such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Non-sensitive details may be transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
